ERP Support Specialist – Contam

Which are our requirements?

  • Good understanding of business processes and computer skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with the available resources to deliver the best results;
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to deliver high quality service remotely to clients;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly complicated concepts to customers;
  • Good understanding of the logic flow of SQL statements or JSON content will be appreciated;
  • Excellent work ethic and a customer service oriented attitude;

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in offering support for ERP Software/ Applications;
  • Previous experience in handling troubleshooting for business software products;

What will you do?

  • Provide first level support to customers by responding promptly to inquiries;
  • Helping with day-to-day troubleshooting tasks in order to assist customers with our ERP system;
  • Handle incoming support issues via available channels (e-mail, telephone, community network);
  • Troubleshoot and analyze application-related issues and fix them;
  • Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers;
  • Analyze customer’s business systems and requirements in order to deliver the right solutions;
  • Ensure timely resolutions for customer issues, escalating them when necessary;
  • Work closely together with the team to complete tasks and projects;
  • Document customer inquiries and reported problems and provide feedback and resolutions for implementation;
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members for handling customer issues and share best practices;
  • Answer support calls and resolve requests or dispatch them to the person designated to assist;
  • Monitor the help desk ticketing system and work directly with customers to resolve tickets;
  • Participate to special projects and system testing as requested.
